Brief Introduction to the Structure of Spring Micro opening Closed Pressure Relief Valve

1. The spring micro opening closed pressure relief valve has the characteristics of simple structure, good sealing performance, accurate opening pressure, large discharge capacity, small reseating pressure difference, and easy adjustment.

2. Nozzle type valve seat: The valve seat is a displacement nozzle type valve seat. When steam flows through the outlet of the valve seat, it reaches the speed of sound and has a high emission coefficient. The sealing surface of the valve seat is welded with cobalt chromium tungsten hard alloy, which is wear-resistant and erosion resistant, and has a long service life.

3. Thermoelastic valve disc: The valve disc is designed as a thermoelastic structure, which utilizes its small deformation under medium pressure to improve sealing ability and overcome the forward leakage phenomenon of the pressure relief valve near the set pressure under medium pressure. The sealing surface of the valve disc adopts advanced laser quenching technology, which improves hardness, wear resistance, and impact resistance.

4. Adjusting the nut: By adjusting the adjusting nut and adjusting the compression of the spring, the valve can easily and quickly obtain accurate set pressure.

5. Back pressure adjustment sleeve: an auxiliary mechanism for adjusting the back pressure of the valve disc. By adjusting the back pressure adjustment sleeve, a suitable reseating pressure difference can be obtained. When increasing, reduce the back pressure of the valve. When lowering, increase the back pressure of the valve.

Installation instructions for spring micro opening closed safety valve

1. The safety valve must be installed vertically and directly on the joint of the container or pipeline. The inner diameter of the joint should not be less than the inlet diameter of the safety valve.

2. The outlet of the safety valve must be equipped with an appropriate expansion joint to prevent the thermal expansion of the discharge pipe from causing undue thermal stress to the safety valve. The inner diameter of the discharge pipe should be larger than the outlet diameter of the valve, and the length should be as short as possible to avoid bends. The weight of the discharge pipe and expansion joint should not act on the safety valve, but should be fixed on the building. The distance between the centerline of the discharge pipe and the centerline of the valve body should be as short as possible. Each safety valve should be equipped with a separate discharge pipe.

3. The outlet of the muffler should have sufficient area to prevent back pressure from affecting the discharge capacity of the valve.
