This series of pressure reducing valves belongs to direct acting thin film spring pressure reducing valves. It mainly consists of regulating springs, diaphragms, pistons, valve seats, valve discs and other parts. By using a diaphragm to directly sense downstream pressure and drive the valve disc, the opening of the valve disc is controlled to achieve stable pressure reduction function. This product can replace conventional partitioned water pipes in the cold and hot water supply systems of urban and high-rise buildings, saving equipment. It can also play a role in reducing pressure and stabilizing in typical hot and cold water pipe networks. This product has pressure regulation and stable operation, and is suitable for pipelines containing water and non corrosive liquid media.
It is recommended to use Y110 and Y116 (threaded connection) diaphragm type Zang pressure valves for diameters smaller than DN50; It is recommended to use Y42X (flange connection) piston type pressure reducing valve for diameters equal to DN50. This type of valve belongs to the adjustable pressure reducing valve, and the pressure behind the valve can be adjusted as needed. After being put into use, the pressure behind the valve always decreases to and stabilizes at the set value, without changing due to fluctuations in pressure and flow before the valve. The valve material selection is strict, the performance is reliable, and the service life is long.

Pressure regulating steps of pressure reducing valve
1. Close the gate valve before the pressure reducing valve, open the gate valve after the pressure reducing valve, and create a downstream low-pressure environment. Rotate the adjusting screw counterclockwise to the highest position (relative to the lowest outlet pressure), and then close the gate valve after the pressure reducing valve
2. Slowly open the gate valve in front of the pressure reducing valve until fully open;
3. Slowly rotate the adjusting screw clockwise to adjust the outlet pressure to the desired pressure (based on the gauge pressure behind the valve); After adjustment, tighten the screw
4. Lock the nut and open the gate valve after opening the pressure reducing valve
5. If the outlet pressure is higher than the set pressure during adjustment, it must be readjusted from the first step, that is, it can only be adjusted from low pressure to high pressure.
